Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

CalcCopilot is built to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology. We want everyone to be able to reach a clear answer to a money, health or everyday question, whatever device or tools they use.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing goal rather than a one-time box we tick: as we add and update calculators, we test and refine them so the site keeps getting easier to use.

What we do to keep the site accessible

Known limitations

We try to be honest about where we can still improve. A few of our richer tools include charts and interactive tables that are easier to read visually than through a screen reader; in those cases the same figures are also available as plain text or a data table on the page. If you come across anything that is hard to use, we would genuinely like to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of CalcCopilot, or you have a suggestion that would make it easier, please email calccopilot@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page. Let us know the page and what happened, and we will do our best to fix it — and to help you get the answer you needed in the meantime.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We review the site as we build new calculators and welcome feedback that helps us make it work better for everyone.
